Childwall Seminar Sunday 8th May 2022
Sensei Roy Flatt is pleased to invite all EGKA members to a one day seminar led by special guest instructor Sensei Ernie Molyneux and Sensei Roy Flatt.

Sunday 8th May 2022:
Kumite Drills / Bag & Pad Work: 11:00 - 14:00
This session will include kumite drills, pad work and sparring combinations.
If you have friends from other styles they are more than welcome to come and train.
Equipment needed, shin and instep, bag gloves, pads and sparring mitts.
Suparinpei Kata: 14:30 - 16:00 (Only for those that can perform the kata)
Grade doesn’t matter as long as you are able to perform the kata.
Breaks will be throughout the day.
Cost:
Kumite session: Adults £15.00, Juniors £10.00
Suparenpei session: £10.00
